• Cafe Scientifique — Meet on the first Monday of the month for an informal lecture and discussion on various, mainly science, subjects.

• Glasgow Skeptics In The Pub — Monthly talks on skepticism and informal drinks in the pub.
• Glasgow Sci-fi Bookgroup — Meets monthly in Tinderbox, Ingram Street.
