====== Glasgow Licensing Board Interface ======

Glasgow council make their licensing information public, but it's only available as a weekly (ish) Excel file (with seven sheets each seperated by 'minor', 'major', 'premises', 'personal' etc.  Not very accessible - but at least it's available.  This is a project that attempts to make the information more useful - it's also able to list upcoming 'special events' (based on extended licence hours for a particular night/event etc).
