+ | * [[wp>The Liong King]] (2019) - Meh. This really didn't need to be made. It wasn't anywhere near as good as the original. Not sure why the made it, other than a cash grab. Like a lot of the criticism I've read online - the faces weren't expressive enough - and the dialogue was pretty stilted - someone suggested they were speaking slower than normal to allow the animation to keep up (and not look strange) - which meant the timing was ruined for some of the interactions (or just left out altogether) - I agree. | ||
* [[wp>Little Monsters]] (2019) - This was alright. Not much of a horror, nor a comedy. Lupita Nyong'o is certainly pretty, but there was no real sense of danger or urgency and the comedy felt weird. Plus, that Teddy McGiggle character was painful to watch. | * [[wp>Little Monsters]] (2019) - This was alright. Not much of a horror, nor a comedy. * [[wp>Doom Annhiliation]] (2019) - This was a bad movie, but I enjoyed it. Hardly related to the Doom franchise. | * [[wp>Doom Annhiliation]] (2019) - This was a bad movie, but I enjoyed it. Hardly related to the Doom franchise. |
