Reading
Books I'm currently reading
Star Trek: Destiny (Star Trek Seekers) by
David Mack - “The omnibus edition of an epic crossover trilogy uniting characters from every corner of the Star Trek universe, and revealing the shocking origin and final fate of the Federation's most dangerous enemy–the Borg”. Sounds good.
Lord of Light by
Roger Zelazny - Listening to this on audio book while I do stuff around the flat. It's interesting, the prose is quite flowery though.

Burning Chrome by
William Gibson - I was particularly interested in reading one of the short stories, Hinterlands, recommened on a reddit thread somewhere but I'd been planning on reading more of William Gibson so this seemed like a good place to start/continue.
On hold
Star Maker by
Olaf Stapledon - Borrowed this from Munro to read for a bookgroup. I found the first chapter overly flowery but by the second chapter I was hooked, and now I'm amazed how ahead of its time it was (for 1937). Still reading, waiting to find out about the Dyson/Stapledon sphere (started reading July 2017)

Transmetropolitan by
Warren Ellis - Not a novel, but a collection of 60 comics put together. I'm impressed with it so far, I like Spider (started reading in March 2016)
